Unfortunately, we cannot ship to UK Customers. This may change if we figure out how to collect and remit the VAT tax.

For EU Customers, any VAT, customs, and handling fees must be paid when your order arrives in your country. We will not collect VAT during point-of-sale.

For German Customers, We will not be able to ship to your country until further notice (due to the VerpackG). We apologize for the inconvenience!

We try to include measurements for our wearable items (ie Fursuit Muzzles, bandanas, etc) so you can be sure that our pre-made items will fit. If you think an item will not fit, contact us! We do take custom orders to your measurement specifications.

Somtimes, yes! We do take custom orders for hand-made merchandise (luggage tags, badges, furusit parts). Commission openings are announced via Telegram and Twitter!

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking for every order! We know it can be a bit expensive for stickers and other small objects, but this allows you to see exactly where your order is! >u<

We usually try to have orders processed within 1-5 business days. This can change based on sales, high-volume ordering periods, or conventions.

Processing times do not include delivery times. We're not Amazon. :P

Orders from The Vixen's Brush may only be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. After shipment, orders are non-refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for canceling an order (minimum of $3.00 USD)

The Vixen's Brush does not accept returns or exchanges for products. You are responsible for ensuring that products will fit by using any provided measurements and contacting us with any questions you may have. If there is a problem with your order (defect, arrived broken and/or damaged), please contact us at mattsyswag@gmail.com for a solution.

We MAY combine orders if you place them back-to-back. However, this is not always guaranteed. If you want orders to be combined, please leave a note in the order, and we will do our best to ensure they're combined!

We will NOT change shipping addresses once the order has been placed, to protect both buyer and seller if packages encounter delays or other issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when the label is printed. Follow the link to track your package! Alternatively, if you have Informed Delivery, you can check the status of your package there.

Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Once the item has been marked shipped, we do not have control of it!

We will replaced items damaged by USPS on case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged package, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by following the following steps:

1. Take a photo of the package, and any item(s)

2. Send the photo to MattsySwag@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line

3. Write a brief description of the issue.

4. Keep and eye out for a response with a new tracking number!

We will not replace items that have been damaged due to misuse.

USPS will occassionally mark a package as deliverd 1-2 days before the package arrives. Please wait 1-2 days before reaching out to us. We advise you check with your leasing office or neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered.

Alternatively, check with your local post office or USPS to see if the package is being held, or can be re-delivered or picked up.
