Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@vixenbrushstudios.com, and we would be more than happy to make it right. (This is to dissuade the rental of product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!)
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may result in a chargeback, according to Shopify's order protection. If you believe we have canceled your order in error, please contact us!
Cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. We do not accept cancellations after your order has shipped.
Items shipped back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect! We will evaluate your order and make it right. You will receive a return label on us if the product needs to be shipped back to us!
Most items in our store are hand-made; therefore, some variations may occur. We carefully grade and inspect all of our products before shipment.
All sales are final on sale items, B-Grade Bags, or gift cards.
